Terms & Conditions of 33ba

1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 33ba ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the 33ba website at 33ba.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any service offered through the 33ba platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33ba platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

33ba reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 33ba. Where these Terms are silent on a specific matter, our Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy may provide additional guidance.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full features of the 33ba platform — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 33ba platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any employee or contractor of 33ba or its affiliated technology providers.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. 33ba reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill — at any time, and particularly before processing any withdrawal request.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 33ba platform. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing betting limits, or evading a previous account suspension is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances or pending withdrawals held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 33ba's sole discretion.

Account Verification (KYC): 33ba operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity, age, and payment methods. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. 33ba reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC documentation cannot be verified or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

33ba supports a range of BDT and INR payment methods to facilitate fast, secure transactions for Bangladeshi and South Asian players. The following payment channels are currently accepted on the 33ba platform:

• Mobile Wallets (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard (BDT and INR)
• Banking Partners (BDT): Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). There is no upper limit on deposits, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification checks before being credited to your playing balance.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed within the same business day during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day. 33ba does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond 33ba's control.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account (subject to 33ba's payment team discretion).
• There must be no active fraud investigation or account review in progress on your account.

Currency: All BDT transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). INR transactions are processed in Indian Rupees. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by 33ba's payment processor at the time of the transaction. 33ba is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

33ba offers a range of bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual offer. These general bonus terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each individual offer page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

Eligible Games: Not all games on the 33ba platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake placed toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage or may not contribute at all toward specific bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentages for each game category are stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: 33ba takes bonus integrity seriously. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus or first-deposit offer more than once.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a wagering-requirement completion outcome without genuine risk.
• Exploiting a software error or misconfigured promotion to claim an unintended bonus amount.
• Providing false registration information to qualify for a promotion you would otherwise be ineligible for.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at ten times (10x) the original bonus amount credited. Any winnings above this cap will be removed from the account balance before withdrawal is processed.

33ba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform's promotions page or by email to affected players.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 33ba platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

Random Number Generation: All slot games, virtual table games, and other non-live-dealer games on the 33ba platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are certified by recognised testing laboratories and are not subject to manipulation by 33ba or any player.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in live dealer titles are determined by physical dealing, shuffling, and spinning of real cards, chips, and roulette wheels. 33ba has no control over live dealer game outcomes beyond those governed by provider-level certification and standard casino rules.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by 33ba's sports betting rules, which include provisions for match abandonment, result postponement, void bets, and in-play market suspension. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or software error that affects the outcome or recording of a game round or bet, 33ba reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 33ba is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Any winnings resulting from a malfunction or error may be voided at 33ba's discretion.

Disconnections: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the round will continue and be resolved according to its normal game logic on the server side. 33ba is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 33ba platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 33ba.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, regardless of local legal age of majority.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotional systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategy designed to defraud the platform or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 33ba platform's software, game logic, or security infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspension measures.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing proceeds of criminal activity, or using the 33ba platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33ba support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access and use your 33ba account.

33ba employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 33ba reserves the right to suspend access to the account, freeze account balances pending investigation, request additional documentation, and permanently close the account with or without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your 33ba account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method. Accounts with active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will have the bonus balance removed prior to closure; only the net real-money balance will be returned.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or placing bets. Involuntary Suspension by 33ba: 33ba reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame when requested.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring account suspension or closure.
• Extended account inactivity (see Dormant Account policy below).

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 33ba will send an email notification to the registered address prior to applying any dormant account fee. Where a dormant account fee applies, it will be deducted from the account balance at a rate not exceeding ৳150 per calendar month until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Reactivation immediately halts any dormant account fee deduction.

8 Limitation of Liability

The 33ba platform and all services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33ba disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

33ba does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures may occasionally affect platform availability. 33ba will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of planned maintenance periods in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 33ba's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 33ba account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

In no event shall 33ba be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 33ba platform, even if 33ba has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the 33ba platform. 33ba is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players. It is your responsibility to gamble within your personal financial means, to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, and to seek help if gambling is causing you financial or personal harm.

Third-Party Content: The 33ba platform contains games and content provided by third-party studios. 33ba is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game titles and accepts no liability for errors or omissions in provider-supplied game content.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 33ba's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 33ba's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
